The team are welcoming and make you feel more like a friend than a patient. The treatments are first class, delivered in a lovely, relaxing and modern facility. As I travel a reasonable distance for my treatment I had quite a bit of work done,I was almost three hours having treatment and was a little apprehensive. Absoloutely fantastic experience at Thornbury Dental Wellness & Implant Centre. All the members of staff are beyond friendly, calming and reassuring. I had my check up with Esme which was seamless from start to finish & then had my hygienist appointment with Patrycja which was done perfectly. I had my teeth done with Dr Lily and Daisy, and they were absolutely incredible. From the moment I walked in, they were so kind, gentle, and patient, which made the whole experience feel calm and reassuring. I actually had a consultation before flying out to America, and Dr Lily went out of her way to make sure she could fit me in for treatment before I left. That level of care and effort meant so much and really shows how dedicated she is to her patients. The results are honestly beyond anything I imagined — my teeth look amazing and I genuinely can’t stop staring at them! I even flew back from America just to see Dr Lily, and I’m SO happy I did. She is truly the best of the best at what she does.
